As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a least 2 years' experience from the NHS or private sector, you will carry service users caseload which will see you develop and deliver individual care plans. You will be responsible for implementing a range of psychological interventions (specifically CBT), risk assessments and management and providing psychological advice, guidance and consultation to the wider team. Working 30 hours a week alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will collect and analyse routine outcome measures, ensuring the wider team are aware of any changes to service users care plans and reports. To be successful in this role, you will have: Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in CBT Accreditation with an appropriate professional body such as BPS, BACP, BABCP, UKCP or HCPC Knowledge of relevant legislation and its implications for clinical practice Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role/setting
