Description

Are you a skilled Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting patients with neurological and mental health conditions? We are currently seeking a highly experienced Locum Band 7 OT to join a dynamic team, where your expertise will make a real impact in patient care and recovery.

As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist, you will work across multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement complex rehabilitation programs for patients with neurological and/or mental health conditions. Your clinical judgment and advanced OT skills will help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for patients with complex needs
Deliver evidence-based OT interventions in neurorehabilitation and mental health care
Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals
Support service users in developing coping strategies and improving functional outcomes
Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development

🔧 Requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Minimum 2–3 years post-registration experience
Strong background in neurology and mental health
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
