Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Locum Senior Physiotherapist. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive Trust, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with a range of conditions. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, treating, and managing patients, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Utilize a range of physiotherapy techniques and interventions to treat a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria:-
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration.
- Significant post-qualification experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory conditions.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
