Description

We are seeking a dedicated Locum Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications safely and monitor their effectiveness.
Conduct risk assessments and develop management plans.
Provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for patients and staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate professional who meets the following criteria:

Essential:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Proven experience in mental health nursing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various clinical settings.
A compassionate approach with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a locum or agency role.
Training or experience in therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.).
Familiarity with electronic patient record systems.
