Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to a diverse patient population across various clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Manage a varied caseload, including musculoskeletal (MSK), neurological, respiratory, and orthopaedic cases
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient rehabilitation and recovery
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Provide guidance and support to Band 5 physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students
Participate in service improvement projects, audits, and continuous professional development activities

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
HCPC registration (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
Strong clinical knowledge in relevant areas such as MSK, neuro, acute care, or community rehab
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical environments
