Description
Please find the below information about the Role:-
- Registered qualified social worker with substantive managerial experience of working within adult CSWTs
- To manage the day to day activities of the team, to support the management team to improvement of key performance and standard within the Rowley Regis CSWT.
- To active involvement of service delivery to ensure that its aligned with the developing focus of Adult Social Care in Sandwell and supporting with change and transformation.
- To implement relevant policies and procedures as required. There is an expectation that you would cover/ deputise for the Team Managers within Adult Social Care.
- Have knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory framework and Government initiatives relating to service area, including safeguarding, and the needs of vulnerable adults.
- Have excellent and positive relationships for effective partnership working.
- To hold budget responsibility at an agreed approval level, ensuring services are delivered within resources and external revenue opportunities.
- An Enhanced DBS with Children’s and Adults Barring List Check is required for this role.
