Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients across various hospital wards or community settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and best practice guidelines.
• Monitor and report on patients’ conditions, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Assist with clinical procedures, post-operative care, and rehabilitation as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
