Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and precision.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to provide timely and accurate results.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and trainees as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service development initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a similar setting.
• Proven experience in [specific department/discipline, e.g., Haematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.].
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
