We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Locum Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services to a varied caseload of patients, supporting them to achieve their functional goals and enhance their independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment programs for patients with diverse needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions to promote patient independence and improve quality of life.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Conduct functional assessments and make recommendations for adaptations, equipment, or rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and legal standards.
• Provide advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to service development initiatives.
• Supervise and support junior staff and therapy assistants as required.

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills in managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
