We are seeking an experienced and passionate Locum Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of patients with a variety of communication and swallowing difficulties. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs tailored to patient needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.
• Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to quality improvement activities.
• Offer training and advice to other health professionals on speech and language therapy.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff or therapy assistants as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist.
• Proven experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills in assessing and managing a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
