Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Locum Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for an experienced physiotherapist looking to make an immediate impact in delivering high-quality care to patients across diverse clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a wide range of conditions
Manage a complex caseload, including musculoskeletal (MSK), neurological, and respiratory cases
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students
Develop individualized rehabilitation programs and monitor patient progress
Contribute to service development, audits, and evidence-based practice initiatives

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
HCPC registration (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year in a Band 7 role (preferred)
Strong clinical expertise in one or more of the following: MSK, neuro, acute care, or community rehabilitation
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
