Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Gynaecology to join a leading healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HCA to support women’s health services, providing essential care to patients in a gynaecology setting.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in gynaecology outpatient clinics, procedures, and examinations
✔ Provide personal care and emotional support to patients undergoing treatment
✔ Assist nurses and doctors in preparing patients for procedures and investigations
✔ Monitor and record vital signs and observations
✔ Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and provide reassurance
✔ Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene
✔ Work collaboratively with nurses, midwives, and consultants to deliver outstanding patient care

Requirements:

🔹 Previous experience as an HCA in gynaecology, maternity, or women’s health settings
🔹 Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
🔹 Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced NHS or private healthcare environment
