We are currently looking for an experienced Locum Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical care in both obstetrics and gynaecology, managing both routine and complex cases.
• Conduct antenatal and postnatal clinics, manage labour wards, and perform gynaecological surgeries.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotas, providing emergency obstetric and gynaecological care.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and midwives.
• Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with full GMC (General Medical Council) registration and a license to practice.
• CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Strong clinical skills across both obstetrics and gynaecology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
