We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses to join the team.

Main duties of the job:

• The post holder will be part of a team working under the crisis model and pathway, offering a 24 hour, 7 day a week service as an alternative to hospital admission.
• The successful candidate must have relevant clinical experience and ideally have a track record of clinical experience in working with risk and complexity.
• You will be joining a MDT of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Support Workers all committed to sharing skills and developing knowledge.
• The role requires sound clinical skills in all aspects of Home Based Treatment, including management of risk and therapeutic interventions.
• This will be an extremely exciting opportunity for any successful candidate and you will be joining an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated team.
