Description

We are seeking an experienced senior nurse to manage Clinical Services – In House, Community and Play Services, supporting the leadership, management, development and transformation of Clinical Services.

The Clinical Services Team cares for children who are staying with us at the Ark including those visiting for daycare. Providing families with choice is central to care model, and the team also support children in their family homes and other community-settings.The post holder will play a crucial role in the development of the service and lead the operational delivery of family-centred care, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for referred babies, children, young people and their families.You will support the team in providing clinical and holistic care support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. It’s a place of laughter, play and real connection, with an atmosphere that’s both supportive and inclusive.
