You will join an established and enthusiastic therapy team of 6 clinicians, CBT, DBT and integrative therapists and Psychologists across a service that has twelve bright, comfortable and spacious consulting/therapy rooms set across two floors. Plus, with a front view of the sea, you'll find the Child and Adolescent services on the ground floor. With experience from the NHS or private sector as a CBT / DBT Practitioner or therapist, you will provide psychotherapeutic assessments and treatment (specifically Cognitive Behaviour and/or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) to people who present with anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder and other mental health diagnoses or difficulties. As a Dialectical/Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will develop and deliver individualised person-centred care plans within a one-to-one and group setting. This will see you implement a range of psychological interventions, provide risk assessments and specialist psychological advice and guidance.
