This is an exciting opportunity to join Leeds Community and Wellbeing services, as we embark on our journey to transform our community services across Leeds and we are currently in the first phase of service transformation.

Duties of the job:

• To deliver evidence based psychological therapies with community and wellbeing service settings.
• To be a member of a multi-disciplinary team offering psychological thinking and consultation.
• We are keen to recruit people with experience, knowledge and skills of working with severe and enduring mental health difficulties such as complex trauma, psychosis, interpersonal difficulties, and self-harm.
• Equally important are leadership skills and the ability to develop innovative practice.
• We are looking for people who can contribute to the vision for the service, working closely with colleagues in different parts of the system, including primary care and our valued voluntary sector partners.
• We want to recruit people who are keen to develop skills and expertise in delivering clinical supervision to other psychological colleagues.
