Description

We are looking for a confident Occupational Therapist, with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities:-

Provide a high standard of occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients, ensuring decisions and discussions are documented accurately and concisely within the patient record.
Work together with patients, families and care givers to discuss and agree the most appropriate occupational therapy intervention, ensuring patient’s needs are met and associated risks are minimised.
Using clinical reasoning skills, working independently, to develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration care and wellbeing of the whole person, including risks.
Assess patient’s health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, using reflective skills, to inform future treatment plans and decision-making regarding on-going therapy and discharge.
To work in conjunction with Specialist Occupational Therapists to assess and provide intervention for complex cases, seeing advice and making referrals for further investigations as indicated by the disorder.

Qualification:-

BSc or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
Academic IELTS overall score of 7, with no element below 6.5 or equivalent OET scores comparable to IELTS.
