We have an exciting opportunity for Lead Therapist for Eating Disorders.

Main responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for the day-to-day management of the eating disorders group therapy programme
• Managing a caseload of patients including formulating, planning, and evaluating interventions
• Through positive leadership, maintain a well-motivated and highly skilled team, able to provide high standards of care and demonstrate best and innovative practice
• Promoting the continuous development of the eating disorders group therapy programme(s)
• Supporting the Therapy Services Manager by acting as liaison with the broader therapy department
• Ensuring that the model of treatment is appropriate and consistent with sound practice, and grounded in recent relevant evidence 
• Through positive leadership, maintaining a well-motivated and highly skilled team, able to provide high standards of care and demonstrate best and innovative practice
• To provide clinical supervision as appropriate
• Liaising with other lead therapists, nurses, consultants, and the wider MDT to provide a high standard of care
