As our Theatre Clinical & Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role with a unique 50% clinical and 50% quality and governance focus. You will provide essential hands-on clinical support to our theatre team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures. Simultaneously, you will drive initiatives to enhance patient safety, improve quality, and uphold governance standards within the Theatre Department.

• Utilise your clinical expertise to provide hands-on clinical support to the theatre team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality improvement, and governance within the Theatre Department, constituting 50% of your role.
• Collaborate closely with our theatre team to cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Deputise for the Theatre Manager, ensuring the seamless continuation of theatre services and maintaining our commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
