About the role You will work closely with National Lead Clinic Nurse to maintain high standards of patient care. In this role, you will provide pre- and post-operative duties in line with company policies and procedures. You will have overall responsibility for the inventory, control and organisation of clinical equipment, nursing staff and nursing/surgical procedures undertaken within the clinic. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients. Working within our company systems, you will maintain complete records and ensure that all records are handled in line with current legislation. This includes ensuring that all care given to each patient, and communications with them, are fully recorded, signed and dated. You will ensure that all complaints are recorded and handled in line with company policies. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate and accurate reporting systems in line with company policy on a timely basis, including infection control, adverse events, accidents and incidents.
