Description
Your Responsibilities:
Conducting research, and publishing and presenting work to required standards under the co-ordination of the Lead Psychologist
Developing links with other organisations to support service user care plans
Assisting with research requests, inputting to universities and accommodating visitors as required by the Lead Psychologist or designated other
To be successful in this role, you will:
BPS recognised psychology degrees
HCPC Registration
Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications is desirable
To be an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division is desirable
Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice
Training as DBT therapist is desirable
Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a forensic or psychiatric setting
Experience of working with clients with cognitive deficits is desirable
Previous experience of conducting research and project working
