This role offers plenty of variety and everyday will be different but some duties will include: Leading the Senior Management team on site on all aspects of day to day business. Developing and maintaining strategic external relationships Driving recruitment and retention plans on site Reviewing any audit or inspections reports ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies What We're Looking For From You Approved post graduate degree Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare Passionate about providing high quality care Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task Passionate about continuous improvement with a demonstrated track record in organisation change The ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances. Experience of leading a diverse team Strong track record of innovation and making changes to the operation to further improve the work environment and site performance.
