We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Therapy team

Responsibilities:-

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group therapy interventions tailored to the needs of patients.
• Develop and deliver personalised treatment plans that promote independence and well-being.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff.
• Contribute to discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care and effective transition back to the community.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand and manage their conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC
• Previous experience in mental health settings, preferable but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients.
• A proactive approach to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in supervision and training.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
